If a business operates with significant Cash sales a Trial can be offered to confirm Gross weekly takings. This process generally commences once all other Contract Conditions have been satisfied and does not permit the Buyer to interfere with the operations of the Business. The Seller may provide proof of takings by providing copies of the Til Receipts for the period.
